asap-tools: feed every metric table of a sketch-bench workload into ClickHouse #868
Description
sketch_bench_workloads.py (#844) writes one ClickHouse table per metric of a sketch-bench workload table, but experiment_run_clickhouse.py's loader streams dataset.local_data_file into a single dataset.table. For multi-metric tables (e.g. all-metrics8, multigroup + classic), the other tables stay empty.
The paced feeder writes per-metric schemas with #842 (gauges/counters) and #843 (records), but nothing starts one feeder process per metric against ClickHouse: #841's feeder service only targets Prometheus and ASAPQuery.
Needed: start a feeder per (ClickHouse, metric) from the ClickHouse runner, with the same seed/start time as the other arms, as #841 does for Prometheus/ASAPQuery.
