Add +autoupload, and spell the rename parameter +rename again - #117

Every argument of {{#batchupload:}} after the first is passed to the
template, so the + is what tells the upload area's own parameter apart
from the template's. A plain rename= goes to the template again, as it
did before the rule was read on the server.

Files added to an upload area with +autoupload start uploading straight away, without Upload being pressed, and the empty area says so. Files added after Pause, or after the wiki's rate limit stopped the batch, wait for Upload again. Special:BatchUpload is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

{{#batchupload:}}passes every argument after the first to the template, so the two parameters the uploadarea keeps for itself start with
+. Any other argument,+or not, still goes to the template.+renameonly. Read the rename rule from the parser function's own arguments #115's plainrename=goes to the template, and was never released.+autouploadmakes files start uploading as soon as they are added, without Upload being pressed; theempty area says so. Anything else, such as
+autoupload=no, goes to the template. Holds and an invalid renamerule behave as if Upload had been pressed. Files added after Pause, or after the wiki's rate limit stopped
the batch, wait for Upload; pressing it makes later files start on their own again. Special:BatchUpload is
unchanged.
README and release notes are updated. Unit tests cover the Pause and rate-limit cases.
To check by hand, logged in, on a
+autouploadarea: dropped files upload without a press; after Pause, newlydropped files wait with Upload offered.
