Adds an Architecture section to the landing page: one paragraph plus a hand-drawn SVG in the page's own visual language, verified against docs/architecture.md.

Changes

• Landing page: new architecture section (site/index.html, site/styles.css), sharing the evaluation-pipeline figure's drawing rules; neutral is a new soft hairline gray for the plugin boundary.
• Figures: figures.py gains a SITE theme and --site mode that renders the four page charts directly into site/assets/, using the page's base fills (#f2789e, #a8d24c, #8ecdf0) and hairline gray #c3c9d2 for the neutral series. Cross-checks run unchanged.
• Copy: headline cost figure and S3 notes name their model; ordinary punctuation throughout the documentation and site copy (no em-dashes).

Exports

• Removes the derived statistics layer (uncertainty.py, its test, uncertainty.json) and the superseded kimi export with its appendix section; repeat_stats.py inlines the Wilson interval it used to import, so pass@k reporting is unchanged.
• release.md states plainly that the paper's kimi run ships no per-task export.

Verification

check_docs.py (38 docs, 168 refs, 29 figures resolve) and test_repeat_stats.py pass locally; both figure modes regenerate pixel-identical content.
