[PER-10768] Add thumbnail and record status in the private workspace for rows

This PR modifies the row from the file list, but it has two different sides.

The first one would be that instead of just showing a gray thumbnail for records that do not have a generated thumbnail yet, we show a more representative one for the state of the thumbnail.

The second part is the state of the record, so under the name we will show some information about the state of the copy, if the file can be previewed yet.

The visible change: a file row without a thumbnail now shows a small tile instead of a plain grey square, and a line under the name says when the file is still being prepared to view, or can't be previewed.

A file whose copy is being made ⭐

Scenario — a document straight after upload

1. Upload the .docx into an empty folder and stay in the folder.
   • EXPECTED: The row shows a nice generated thumbnail instead of the gray square. Under the name: Preparing to view... and Stored.
2. Stay on the folder until the copy is ready (usually a few minutes).
   • EXPECTED: The status line disappears and the row shows its thumbnail, without reloading the page.

Scenario — a TIFF that has its thumbnail before its copy ⭐

1. Upload the .tiff and stay in the folder. --> NEEDS TESTING ON DEV
   • EXPECTED: The row soon shows the image's thumbnail, and the line under the name still says Preparing to view... • Stored.
2. Stay on the folder until the copy is ready.
   • EXPECTED: The status line disappears on its own, without reloading the page.

Scenario — a video that never gets a thumbnail

1. Upload the .avi.
   • EXPECTED: The preparing tile, and Preparing to view... • Stored under the name.
2. Stay on the folder until the copy is ready. This depends on Archivematica running on the environment you're testing on.
   • EXPECTED: The tile changes to the light file-type tile with an AVI badge, and the line under the name disappears, without reloading the page. Videos never get a thumbnail, so this tile is where the row ends up.
3. Double-click the row.
   • EXPECTED: The video plays in the viewer.

A file that only waits for its thumbnail

Scenario — a photo straight after upload

1. Upload the .jpg.
   • EXPECTED: The preparing tile, with no line under the name.
2. Double-click the row before the thumbnail arrives.
   • EXPECTED: The photo opens in the viewer as usual.
3. Go back to the folder.
   • EXPECTED: The row shows the photo's thumbnail.

Files that never get a thumbnail

Scenario — formats with no thumbnail

1. Upload the .mp4 and the .svg.
   • EXPECTED: Each row shows a light tile with a document outline and the extension on a small badge: MP4, SVG. No line under the name. Before this change both were grey squares.
2. Upload the .zip.
   • EXPECTED: The row shows the archive icon, exactly as before.

A file whose copy failed --> CAN BE TESTED ON LOCAL, BECAUSE MOST FAIL, WE PROBABLY DO NOT HAVE ARCHIVEMATICA AT FULL CAPABILITY

(only if your archive has a .docx older than a day that never got a copy)

Scenario — an old document without a copy

1. Open the folder that holds it.
   • EXPECTED: A light tile with a red exclamation mark, and Preview unavailable in red, then • Stored.

Where nothing should change

(cheap regression checks: these must look exactly as before)

Scenario — grid view, narrow window, shared links

1. In the folder with the fresh .docx, switch to the grid view.
   • EXPECTED: The tiles look as they did before this change. No new tile and no status line.
2. Share the folder with a listed (not unlisted) link and open the share preview in a private window.
   • EXPECTED: The stock preview images, as before. No tiles and no status line.

Moving around while files are being prepared

Scenario — leaving and coming back

1. While the .docx is still preparing, open another folder, then come back.
   • EXPECTED: The row is still preparing, or shows its thumbnail if the copy arrived in the meantime. No errors.
2. Open the .docx from the row while it's preparing.
   • EXPECTED: The viewer shows We're still preparing this file to view (part 1).
