Promote the reviewed deployment-script correction: stream the current host publication SQL into PostgreSQL so upgrades do not reuse a stale mounted inode. Add regression coverage for host-file replacement and failed publication, and document the upgrade behavior.
The application image, database migration and 0.0.2 version remain unchanged. Production already applied the released SQL through stdin and verified all 12 publication tables. The fix PR passes backend CI, ShellCheck and 24 tooling tests; the new regression fails with the previous command. Install only the updated deployment script after promotion.
