Bump the server package and its own locked package metadata to 0.0.2 without changing dependencies.
This release includes the goal-tracking changes already integrated into development and versioned web delivery layout. All 372 backend tests and 22 release/deployment tests pass; Ruff and Mypy pass. An encrypted production database backup was restored in isolation and migrated from af0fea8d6317 to b5c6d7e8f901, preserving identical row fingerprints in all 20 existing application tables.
Promote development to master with a merge commit after CI passes, then deploy and verify the server before releasing client 0.0.2+2.
