Add direct APK downloads and prevent accidental sheet dismissal

Future Android releases will include a signed universal APK alongside the Play AAB, allowing direct downloads from the website. Packaging verifies the app identity, signature, 16 KB alignment and checksums. Existing published AAB-only releases remain retryable. Installation documentation explains signing differences between direct APKs and Google Play.

Mobile sheets now stay open when content scroll momentum reaches their minimum height. Deliberately dragging the header or handle still dismisses them, with saving guards and asynchronous import cleanup preserved. Regression coverage includes the shelves filter, shelf assignment and advanced filters.

Align the client reader pin with the workspace development revision. The old and new reader commits have identical Git trees. Client versions remain unchanged.

Validation:

• 47 release-tool tests passed.
• Full client suite passed with 1,626 tests and 19 opt-in tests skipped.
• 52 focused import, endpoint-editor and shared-sheet tests passed after review fixes.
• Client formatting, analysis and web bootstrap checks passed.
• Universal APK packaging was previously exercised locally from the released AAB with a temporary test key. Production-signed APK delivery awaits a future authorized release.
