The old behaviour would fail if there wasn't a results directory to write the results.csv file into. Now it automatically creates one in the parent directory of the parsed folder. Signed-off-by: Rafael Campos Nunes <rafaelnunes@engineer.com>

This PR address the problem of the out folder not existing at the time of execution.
