Prepare the existing 0.2.0 Python SDK for a formal GitHub distribution release by grouping compatibility changes under its version and updating bilingual status text. No implementation or dependency changes. This does not publish to PyPI.
Validation: ruff, 122 tests, wheel/sdist builds and package-content inspection passed. Strict Claude Opus 5.5 CLI review approved (e525ef0d-1c9c-4a8f-8bc7-54042589e023). The secret scan finding is an existing synthetic idempotency test fixture. CI and published distribution checks follow separately.
