Summary

Add cancel_run, recommend_task, optional Runtime feature negotiation, and Attempt-scoped delegated Run reads to match the shared Go/Core capabilities. Reads use invocation capabilities and signed requests, validate returned identity, and stop on handler completion or Attempt cancellation. Add Task/delegation contracts and refresh bilingual capability documentation.

Delegated read errors now propagate immediately, including NOT_FOUND for a Run that is not a direct child. Only explicit Runtime transport-policy recovery can replay the request, matching Go/JS; ordinary Worker reliability retries remain unchanged. Regression tests cover seven HTTP errors with exactly one request and successful policy recovery with one replay. The cancellation fixture uses Core's actual HTTP 200 response.

Validation

  • Ruff and compileall
  • Full pytest with grpc extra: 122 passed
  • python -m build
  • Three-SDK API contract and Runtime digest checks

Scope

  • Fits the SDK's generic Core API and Runtime boundary.
  • No Cloud billing, marketplace, Provider/Browser implementation, or secrets.
  • Documentation and security-sensitive credential boundaries reviewed.

Delivery

Merge all three SDK changes before the integration repository adopts their exact merge commits together with the four-contract checker. This PR does not publish packages, change versions, or deploy running Agents.
