• Unary operator position is now deduced from its associativity: right-associative means prefix (like -x), left-associative means postfix (like n!). Misplaced operators are now rejected, e.g. "true!" previously evaluated to false instead of throwing an exception. Fixes fathzer/javaluator#2

• Also fixes a NullPointerException thrown when a function argument separator was used outside of function scope, e.g. "(1,2)", instead of IllegalArgumentException, and refactors the evaluate method to reduce its complexity.
