README and docs: experimental, not an alpha - #284

openclapper.org presents the project as experimental, with the alpha defined together with the community; the README said "early alpha, try to self-host". It now mirrors the page. The self-hosting doc no longer promises that the free plan is enough for a crew (storage is what costs), releasing and accounts say "experimental" and "for now" instead of "during the alpha".
