A project setting (migration 0031, carried on every shot payload) makes the Studio's bakery skip shots that are not approved; the phone tags their steps "Baked once approved". Existing bakes stay and show while fresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Each tenancy case adds a world of A's with the same capture time; past 100 shots the listed world could fall off the first page (random id order). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #275. Stacked on #278 (base
feat/275-timeline-shot-layers); merge #278 first.What changed
A project can make compositions mobile ready only once a shot is approved.
projects.bake_approved_only, default off.PUT /api/projects/:idtakes an optional booleanbake_approved_only(absent keeps it). Every shot payload carries the project's value, so the clients need no project lookup.bakeWaits(shot): the setting is on and the shot is not approved.Decisions (owner, 2026-10-27)

make checkgreen, with new vocab and route tests (shots carry the setting, a PUT without it keeps it, non-booleans are rejected). Not clicked through
