Follow-up to #275.

What changed

The timeline strip showed each clip only through its step's baked image. Two cases lost the picture that v0.13 showed:

  • A clip's own layers were never drawn. Overlays that a timeline clip used were migrated into exactly those, so the thumbs of a production cut lost their drawings and looks.
  • A step not baked yet showed the bare photo.

The strip now composes live in both cases. It keeps using the bake when the bake shows everything.

Checked

  • make check green.
  • On a local database: a clip-owned layer added through the API shows in its strip thumb, above the shot's layers, in headless Chrome.

The strip showed only the step's bake, so a clip's own layers (where migrated
timeline overlays went) and not-yet-baked steps showed the bare photo.
