tools.cache was an alias of ormcache in 16.0 and is gone in 19.0.
Odoo 19 registers test models natively (add_to_registry), the helper does not work on 19.
- odoo.http.Session is a mapping with __slots__ in 19: store context and extra keys as items, drop password - res.users.groups_id is group_ids since 18
Replacement for implicit jQuery .data() JSON parsing used by the legacy widgets.
Replace odoo.define + website.content.snippets.animation + jQuery with an ES module Interaction using fetch and event delegation for the pager.
Same rules as the legacy widget (hide/show, readonly, required) on plain DOM.
Drop bootstrap-datetimepicker and moment: use the public datetime_picker service, keep the hidden server-format field in sync and the default-today rule. Custom 'dp.format' is no longer honoured (lang date format is used).
select2 is not shipped with Odoo 19 web. Replace it with a small pure-JS
tags input keeping the same contract (comma-separated ids in the input value,
data-init-value as [{id, name}], search_read on the comodel).
Covers master/slave visibility, date widget sync and many2many tags.
Fake models are not registered in ir.model, so the admin create check returned 403.
