This PR migrates the
fastapi_captchaaddon from Odoo 18.0 to 19.0.Changes
18.0.1.0.0to19.0.1.0.0.19.0branch.Testing
The module's existing test suite is preserved. Local OCA test commands are not available in the Windows development environment; the repository's OCA CI workflow will run the tests in the official Odoo 19.0 test containers.
