CLI
The CLI is the product. It keeps inspection, validation, planning, and local diagnostics close to the terminal.
axiom --help
axiom version
axiom guide
axiom summary
axiom summary --json
axiom doctor
axiom info
axiom statusBare axiom prints the command map, prints the startup mark once for the
terminal session, starts the local daemon on a free port, and remains attached
until Ctrl-C. Use axiom --help, axiom guide, or axiom summary when you
want information without starting the daemon.
axiom daemon --host 127.0.0.1 --port 0
axiom daemon --jsonPort 0 lets the operating system choose an available port. --json emits
machine-readable ready and stopped records. The daemon is local-only by
default; a non-loopback bind requires an explicit --allow-network.
axiom model list
axiom model add my-model local safetensors
axiom model inspect ./models/my-model
axiom model search llama --path models
axiom model info org/model
axiom model analyze org/model
axiom model pull org/modelLocal inspection does not need a network connection. Hugging Face metadata and
pull commands do; private or gated repositories also need axiom hf login.
axiom dataset inspect ./data/train.jsonl
axiom dataset validate ./data/train.jsonl
axiom dataset stats ./data/train.jsonl
axiom dataset clean ./data/train.jsonl ./data/train.cleaned.jsonlThe current path supports JSONL. Validation checks record structure and duplicates; it does not prove semantic quality or training readiness.
axiom system info
axiom train plan 7 --method auto
axiom train plan 7 --method lora
axiom train plan 7 --method qlora
axiom train plan 7 --method full
axiom ai plan --model ./models/my-modelPlans use detected hardware and conservative assumptions. They are estimates, not measured speed or memory results.
axiom tools list
axiom tools list --json
axiom tools doctor
axiom tools plan opencode
axiom tools install opencode # preview only
axiom tools install opencode --yes # explicit package-manager installThe catalog can describe Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot,
Freebuff, Cursor Agent, free-pi, OpenCode, Gemini, OpenRouter, z.ai GLM, and a
keep-awake helper. Presence is not authentication. Installation is a preview
unless --yes is supplied, and AXIOM does not silently run installer scripts
or store API-key values.
Headroom is an optional external local context-compression tool. If it is already installed, AXIOM can expose explicit passthroughs:
axiom headroom
axiom headroom --json
axiom headroom doctor
axiom headroom proxy --port 8787
axiom headroom dashboardAXIOM does not bundle, install, start, supervise, or measure Headroom.
axiom mcp serveThe MCP server is a separate local stdio process. It exposes inspection and planning tools; it is not the HTTP daemon.
