fix(mac): drop the motion hide and the tooltip flash (0.5.4) - #557

Owner 2026-11-07: hiding the real cursor while the pointer moves made SwiftUI too unresponsive (hover only after the rest, some clicks lost); instant hover and clicks over the occasional tiny cursor. TooltipNudge goes with it (tooltips need no help without the hide). The hide-first poll stays. tooltip_truth.py stays as the guard. Owner 2026-11-07: with the real cursor hidden while the pointer moves (0.5.2), SwiftUI was too unresponsive: hover came only after the rest, and some clicks didn't register. The owner prefers instant hover and clicks over the occasional tiny cursor.

glimpse_truthmeasured about 0.3 tiny-cursor frames per 35 hover changes with it.scripts/tooltip_truth.py, as a guard against any future hide during motion.Testing: built and installed for the owner to test, per their request. Only wind-checks were run.
