fix(mac): no tiny cursor at the Restart prompt with Handover off (0.5.1) - #551

loginwindow also owns the Restart and Shut Down prompts, and Wind took them for the lock screen, so Handover off gave the real cursor back. Now the session's locked state decides; a prompt below the overlay is simply drawn. Fixes #550. With Handover off, the Restart prompt brought the tiny real cursor:
loginwindowowns that prompt as well as the lock screen, and Wind took it for the lock screen.CGSSessionScreenIsLockednow decides. A prompt below the overlay is simply drawn. One above the overlay still gets the real cursor, because the drawn one can't reach it.Handover on is unchanged.
Tests
backdrop_truthall pass, including a new stand-in check: a login prompt with nothing locked keeps the drawn cursor and no real cursor.e2e_draw75/75,e2e_hover43/43, wind-checks pass.Not tested: the real Restart prompt, which restarts the Mac by itself after 60 s, so whether it stacks below the overlay is unknown. The owner needs to try it.
Version 0.5.1. Mac release is unsigned (ad hoc).
