Model the network outcomes, MITRE v20 fields, typed report options, plan dates and list URL. Expose the error code on every API error and add the 503 errors.

Add the response fields of the current Public API: connection outcomes, DNS answers, MITRE v20 version, domain and attempted techniques, indicator engine, list URL, typed report options, plan dates and the endpoint severity level. Every API error now has
code. NewServiceUnavailableErrorandBehaviourIndexBuildingErrorhandle 503 responses.Tests use payloads shaped like real API responses, with example values. No network calls.
