Add Fresh Releases playlist from ListenBrainz - #211

Pulls recent albums from artists you already listen to, expands them through MusicBrainz, and wires into the usual Explo schedule/UI path.
Keep full album tracklists while allowing the lookup window and release count to be tuned through the existing environment configuration. Document the new playlist and settings in the README and sample env files.
Album releases do not change often enough to justify a daily full-album import. Default to Wednesday 08:30 so it sits between Weekly Jams and Weekly Exploration.
1.1s still triggered 503s in review testing, matching earlier metadata enrichment experience.

Use personalized ListenBrainz only, default prefetch like on-repeat, and skip metadata enrich after MusicBrainz expansion.
