If you are wondering on why this is not handled as mimir table:

• Inibins use dynamic keys whose sections might come from values previously read.
• Inibins hash is highly colidable, even more than fnv.
• Inibins are legacy files with fixed structure, updating hashes out of band pays very little for something that's mostly done.
