Closes #602

This re-raises the landing page copy from #603. I closed that PR by mistake when I cleaned up my fork, before it could merge.

@ruquanzhao, I applied your last review point from #603: "App Developers" and "Platform Engineers" stay capitalised, because they are Kusion concepts. Everything else matches what we agreed in that review:

• the longer audience-focused lines for home.easyshipping.2/3/4
• "paradigm" replaced with "model"

Changes:

• docusaurus.config.js: site title and tagline wording.
• i18n/en/code.json: the homepage section strings (quick start, dynamic configuration, developer self-service, security and compliance).

I checked that code.json is still valid JSON. No other files change.

Hi @elliotxx @ruquanzhao, could one of you review this when you have time? It re-raises #603 with the last review point applied.

Two checks are failing for reasons outside the PR, and I can't fix either from my side:

• CLAssistant: the log says All contributors have signed the CLA, then fails with The request could not be processed because too many files changed. That looks like the bot's own storage limit. Could you re-run it, or let me know if I should do anything?
• Vercel: Authorization required to deploy. A member of the KusionStack Vercel team needs to authorise the preview deploy from a fork (link in the Vercel bot comment above).
