[FEAT] Add default preset selection in app settings #132

Feature Request

Would it be imporssible for you to allow users to select a default preset in Settings that automatically gets applied whenever the app opens? Since compressor app is frequently reopened for fast tasks, persisting a preferred default saves repetitive manual steps on every launch.
