Add button to show/hide logical CPU core utilization

If you have a lot of logical cores it is difficult to see the overall CPU utilization and should be an optional display item.
Adding a separate display toggle will help.

Rather than adding an individual button for showing clocks, I will add additional button press behavior.
ex: "CPU" -> "CPU+" -> (not shown)
this would allow for additional details to be shown on demand without data overload by default.
