What changed

AGENTS.md's Development section said "There are no tests yet". Since then:

• ./gradlew build runs the unit tests in src/test/java, and so does CI.
• src/integration/java has integration tests (PagesIT, ReadinessIT, StatusReportsIT, MaskingRequestIT) that ./gradlew integrationTest runs against the app in containers. Neither build nor CI runs them.

The section now says:

• which tests build runs;
• that agents run the integration tests themselves for a change to behavior or pages;
• that they add a case for what they change, and for a bug fix show it failing without the fix;
• that the masking request tests write components and read MailHog;
• where the README covers SRM_URL, KEYCLOAK_URL and MAILHOG_URL.

The pre-PR step now runs the integration tests after rebuilding the app.

The shared rules block isn't touched. Documentation only: no upgrade steps.

Checks

• ./gradlew build: passed, in 13 s from clean and 1 s warm. The "about 20 s cold" figure still fits, so I left it.
• I checked the commands, paths, variable names and the README's "Develop" heading against the repository.

Decisions

• This came up after Reply 400 or 404 to a system or group detail page without a valid ID #59, which added integration test cases while AGENTS.md still said there were no tests.
• I didn't add the way I tested Reply 400 or 404 to a system or group detail page without a valid ID #59: running a branch's image beside an existing stack on other ports. It depends on the VM, so it isn't a project rule.
