Reword prior-art and originality notes in the planning docs, drop commit tooling notes and personal details, remove the empty placeholder folders that implied a FastAPI backend, rewrite the outdated setup guide, align the READMEs with the shipped product, add READMEs for eval/ and intro-video/, and give the secret scan the PR permission it needs. The deck/ folder is untouched.

Drop the prior-art section from CLAUDE.md, the analysis block and later comparisons from the brainstorming notes and the competitor-table row in the build plan, and delete docs/external_ref.md, which only held its links.
Match the corrected deck: the cost figure comes from the 59-call cost sheet, so it gets its own sentence instead of being attributed to the 8-call performance test.
