User manual: guided tour for judges, verified against the live app (+ Place order fix) - #23

User manual (covert_call/landing, /manual): - New "Guided tour & scripts" page: test login with copy buttons, QR code, 5-minute path, Script A (covert call) and Script B (open call, being followed) as "When Mia asks / You say / On the dashboard" tables quoting Mia's real lines, plus step-by-step click & order, delivery instructions and heart SOS. - New "Responder dashboard" page: annotated queue and incident page, side panel, what each way in shows, severity rules. - Feature pages corrected against the code, each with an "On the responder dashboard" box, a "Try it" link and real screenshots. - Code table generated from shared/codes.ts and web/src/data/menu.ts (the old table had 5 of 11 meanings wrong); notes that more coded foods can be added later. - Practice (demo) call and AI-caller links removed from the manual. scripts/capture-manual-shots.mjs (npm run shots): takes the screenshots and checks the manual's claims against production; steps that create incidents need --with-incidents and are resolved by the cleanup step. fix(web): Place order showed the home screen instead of "Order placed!". React Router runs the navigation as a transition, so cart.clear() rendered first and checkout's empty-cart redirect won. Don't redirect while an order is being placed (same guard as native). Needs a production web deploy. README links the guided tour; status file updated.
