docs: code-verified architecture diagrams of the deployed system - #20

Adds covert_call/docs/architecture/, drawn from the code on main @ 3893f4e and limited to what is deployed today: - README.md: Mermaid diagrams (system overview, live-call sequence, Gemini agent loop, Firestore data and access, deployment) plus component, guard and access tables - quickbite-architecture-slide.svg/.png: the overview sized for deck slide 7's diagram area - quickbite-architecture.html: interactive version, click a box for details Marks STRUCTURE.md, GETTING_STARTED.md and the architecture tab of quickbite_diagrams.html as planning-era (the FastAPI/Cloud Run backend they describe was never built), links the new folder from the README and covert_call/CLAUDE.md, and logs the work in Jeevan's status file.
