FoodFlow adds Customer and Driver web applications alongside Admin and Restaurant. Backend repairs enforce active restaurant staff, canonical review rules, bounded pagination, durable GPS persistence and atomic dispatch claims compatible with the idle Redis marker. Private realtime credentials renew before expiry, with separate clients and stale-session guards.
The user-approved free demo uses Vercel frontends, a Render API with an explicit embedded Postgres outbox worker, dedicated Supabase DB/Realtime/Storage and TLS Redis. Render sleeps after15 minutes without inbound traffic; durable jobs pause during sleep. Vercel Daemon activation returned403. No continuous availability or live external payment/push/AI claim.
Observed checks: web406tests and workspace typecheck passed; all four deployed web builds ready. Backend checkpoint1242passed/7skipped, real PostgreSQL migration63passed, TLS/pool10passed, embedded lifecycle8passed; subsequent focused dispatch7unit+3realRedis checks passed including competing claims. Independent lifecycle/realtime/claim reviews passed. Live auth across roles, checkout/persistence/ownership, private websocket allow/deny/Broadcast, public/private storage boundaries and delayed worker processing before/after restart passed. Browser Customer checkout, Restaurant acceptance, Admin live orders and Driver offer reception beyond5-minute credential expiry passed. Render9a1d36db now passes actual offer acceptance200/assigned. Driver web transitions through pickup/delivering/confirm-delivery; PostgreSQL independently records delivered and completed synthetic cash payment. GPS acknowledgement durability was verified against the persisted order-bound sample.
Main CI passed at9a1d36db (run40807079273). Latest09421fac changes documentation only; its checks are reported separately. Separate legacy E2E/load/AI integration gates fail because upstream MinIO image pulls are unavailable; these failures are retained without bypass. Source history uses genuine dates. This draft is not merged.
Follow-up: e3d19e5 replaces the removed MinIO image with an official source/checksum-pinned local build; realS3CRUD/private403/restartchecks and GitHubIntegration40808445966 plusDockerE2E40808446016 allpassed. Current59cd1f95adds explicit idempotent demo-menu expansion:8restaurants/80visibleitems, repeatinserts0. Its exact-headchecksarerunning. No providerassertionswereweakened.
