Summary
Adds support for DuckDB MAP literals and simplified PIVOT queries.

Added tests covering all four reported DuckDB cases, additional PIVOT clauses, table-name extraction, and existing PIVOT compatibility.
Relevant parser and regression tests pass without introducing new JavaCC warnings.
