10+ years building software in Switzerland, most recently as co-founder/CTO at CourtX and CTO at PeakyApps: two founding-engineer mandates run in parallel, both wrapped up at the end of August 2026. Before that, I worked on patient-records systems for a public hospital group (EOC) and management software for the City of Lugano (WellD).
I like owning things end to end: the schema, the API, the frontend, and lately the AI layer that sits alongside all of it.

- AI-assisted engineering: LLMs API with structured outputs, agentic coding workflows
- CourtX: designed the payments and settlement layer for a cross-border marketplace from scratch: multi-currency pricing, a commission and fee engine, and cross-jurisdiction payouts on a PostgreSQL schema I designed. Also built an LLM pipeline that screens every marketplace listing before publication, removing manual moderation entirely. Shipped 4 production surfaces (storefront, ops dashboard, iOS/Android app, API) from one codebase, containerized on Kubernetes/AWS, with a 2-person team I hired and led.
- PeakyApps: led technology for a product studio building backend systems for external founders and SMEs, delivering a Stripe-billed SaaS and a Python-built lead-generation pipeline, and standardized agentic coding and CI/CD across client projects.
- WellD: full-stack features for the City of Lugano's management software, Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot and React, test-first.
