Release PR for 0.3.0 — the archive-UX redesign plus the robustness round that followed.

  • cmd/root.go: version string 0.2.0 → 0.3.0.
  • CHANGELOG.md: [Unreleased] content moved into a dated
    ## [0.3.0] - 2026-10-15 section, with the compare links updated.

What's in the release (full detail in the CHANGELOG):

  • Archive UX redesign (#12): archive update / --dry-run /
find / show / cat / export around user jobs, and a
    non-destructive prune gated behind --delete.
  • Robustness (#14): broken-topic tolerance with per-topic failure
counting, honest on-disk body state in status/search/verify, D2L URL
    percent-encoding, session-expiry detection (including login-page
redirects), bounded transport-failure aborts, and systemd unit/timer
    hardening.
  • Security: the login HTTP debug dump is now --verbose-only, every
verbose URL print redacts SAML parameters, cookie values are redacted
entirely, and a login-page response can no longer be archived as topic
metadata or as a file body.

No behaviour change beyond the version string — this PR only cuts the
release.

Summary by Sourcery

Release version 0.3.0 with the completed archive UX, robustness, and security improvements documented in the changelog.

Documentation:

  • Publish the 0.3.0 changelog release entry and update version comparison links.

Chores:

  • Bump the CLI version from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0.

Cuts [Unreleased] into a dated 0.3.0 section and bumps the CLI version
string to match. Contents: the archive-UX redesign (archive update /
diff / find / show / cat / export around user jobs, plus the
non-destructive prune) and the robustness round that followed —
broken-topic tolerance, honest on-disk body state, D2L URL escaping,
session-expiry handling, and the verbose-only login debug dump with
SAML/cookie redaction.
