Summary

• Run the release workflow on pushes to main only when source/build files under src/ or .github/workflows/cd.yml change.
• Exclude test project directories from the release trigger.
• Preserve manual workflow_dispatch releases.

Verification

• Parsed the workflow YAML and checked the filter against tracked paths: 34 source/build paths included and 22 test paths excluded.
• git diff --check passed.
