Reverts #15 now that IncusOS 202608242359 ships the ice DDP package (lxc/incus-os#1306) and the E810s deliver LACPDUs. Verified live on lab03 before restoring: both slaves Collecting/Distributing, partner fast-timeout, sub-second single-link failover, clean revert. Removes the stray tfplan-s1 committed by #15. Two-step apply per the README; converge fleet cluster/ to 802.3ad immediately after.
