What & why
Add exactly 52 complete AMD Ryzen CPU records computed by a fresh Wikipedia family-table audit against current TechAPI develop (
01d65657e026), including its CPU dedup merges. The fresh count remains 52, matching the earlier artifact; all 52 record bodies and output paths match that artifact, although the curated AMD snapshot has changed. Every addition retains the computed values andverified: false. The refreshed audit examined 834 candidate rows / 732 unique models: 52 additions, 485 already existing, and 195 incomplete. The additions all come from the Ryzen page; the Opteron page produced no ready additions. Existing and incomplete buckets are excluded.
Refresh the generated CPU detail/score pages, CPU index and computed CPU manifest entry in the final commit. Existing generated CPU pages also receive the percentile recalculations computed from the expanded CPU population.
Closes #295
