Batched static API refresh for release ②. Closes #1 (link only; auto-close is off).

• 1,306 records now show verified: true (promotion run data(verify): verified promotions (2026-09-26) #305)
• About 312 records carry the accuracy fixes from fix(data): correct storage, battery and display fields from each record's own text #301, fix(data): drop RAM sizes from storage lists of 16 multi-edition tablets #302 and fix(data): restore release years of 5 MediaTek and Qualcomm SoCs from their raw chipset text #306
• Galaxy Watch4–Ultra link to Exynos SoCs (fix(data): link Galaxy watches to Exynos SoCs and drop soc "0" on watches #300); new pages for Exynos W920 and W930

Dump totals: 191,814 records. Orphan check: every page directory matches a record.
