Declare the npm package versions in a single place #187

Feature proposal

The @NpmPackage annotations for @flowingcode/google-map and @googlemaps/markerclusterer are repeated in 5 classes (GoogleMap, GoogleMapMarker, GoogleMapAdvancedMarker, GoogleMapPoint and GoogleMapPoly). Every version update has to change all of them by hand, and it's easy to miss one.

Describe solution expectations

Declare each package version in a single place. For example, keep the annotations only in GoogleMap, since the other components are always used inside a map, or keep the versions in shared constants. It should be checked that the dependencies are still resolved in development and production mode.
