WHAT CHANGED: one commit landed in that range (#368, "keep a failed artifact upload from failing the gate that produced it"). It only touches reusable-security-scan.yml here (adds continue-on-error: true to the trufflehog findings-upload step) plus unrelated ci-go/ci-node/ci-rust/docker-build workflows this repo doesn't call. reusable-pr-title.yml has no content change in this range.
