Script to move FDPlight's own FDP to w3id.org/fdplight/ - #47

Loads the project from the repository with the app's code, re-bases it to https://w3id.org/fdplight/ (redirect mode, files stay on Pages), checks the w3id redirect, shows the plan, and publishes only with --commit once w3id redirects. Decided 2026-10-23: FDPlight's own FDP moves to
https://w3id.org/fdplight/.ids/fdplight/are submitted as fdplight: add FAIR Data Point redirect perma-id/w3id.org#6955. w3id's Rules check passed, and they were tested in w3id's local Apache against the live files.scripts/rebase-own-fdp.tsuses the app's own code to:--commit, and only once w3id redirects.fdplight.jsonand the ping workflow updated. The w3id redirect reads "missing" until #6955 is merged.Luiz Olavo Bonino
