Decided 2026-10-23: translate the guide now, marked as not reviewed. This closes Phase 8.

• docs/data-steward-guide.{pt-BR,nl-NL,de-DE,es-ES,fr-FR}.md:
  • Each opens with a note that a native speaker hasn't reviewed it yet and that the English guide is authoritative.
  • Interface labels are quoted exactly as each language's catalog shows them.
  • GitHub's own labels, code, IRIs and profile names stay as they are.
  • Every internal anchor was recomputed from the translated headings and checked.
• Localized screenshots in docs/images-{pt,nl,de,es,fr}/, as in Contour. scripts/shoot.cjs now selects elements by CSS class rather than English text, and takes LOCALE. The English screenshots were regenerated too: they now show the Guided setup link and the profile documents in the review step.
• App: the Guide link opens the guide in the chosen language, and the English guide links to the translations.
• Catalog fixes from the translators' notes:
  • GitHub permission names stay in English in the guided setup, as in the token hint.
  • The Dutch interface now uses "u" throughout (the form renderer's strings shared with Contour unchanged).
  • The guide tooltip no longer says "in English".
• 201 tests and type-check pass.
