Stable releases now run the required live contract evals against the Azure OpenAI deployment configured for Actions. GitHub retired the GitHub Models inference API on July 30, 2026, so the previous release provider could no longer complete the gate.
git diff --checkpassed. The checkout has no local.env, so local live-provider verification is unavailable; the publish workflow has the Azure key and endpoint configured and will run the gate before the release version bump.
