fix: resolve strict TypeScript errors, fix build warnings, and update peer dependencies

Description

This PR addresses several underlying build issues and type conflicts to ensure that the repository runs a clean production build (next build) without any linting, TypeScript, or peer dependency errors.
Specifically, this updates outdated dependencies blocking npm install, aligns our route typing with the new Next.js 15 Promise-based API constraints, and runs the Biome formatter to guarantee codebase consistency.

Changes Included

• Dependencies: Upgraded lucide-react and framer-motion to resolve ERESOLVE peer dependency conflicts with React 19.
• Next.js 15 Routing: Updated all dynamic routing Props (such as [id], [slug], [tag]) to use the new Promise-based params and searchParams signatures.
• Strict Types: Fixed multiple strict TypeScript (tsc --noEmit) violations across the /app and /components directories.
• Lint & Formatting: Applied global biome formatting auto-fixes. Replaced legacy forEach iterations in async React server components with for...of loops. Ignored openapi.json from the Biome config to bypass file size limits.
• Warnings Resolved: Added the missing metadataBase configuration in the /docs layout and updated the browserslist DB (caniuse-lite) to eliminate outstanding build warnings.

How to Test / Verification

1. Run pnpm install (succeed without peer dependency overrides).
2. Run pnpm run format-and-lint (should report 0 errors).
3. Run pnpm run typecheck (should compile cleanly).
4. Run pnpm run build (complete static generation and optimization with 0 warnings or errors).
