docs: reconcile website capability claims with Console Alpha

Summary

Reconcile public website documentation with the current CoreLink product/repository state.

• adds the existing Console as an Alpha product surface
• separates shared Console existence from still-Planned white-label customization/custom domains
• clarifies telemetry/commercial maturity as surface-specific rather than blanket claims
• adds current SDK/tool maturity and repository-maturity source
• keeps GitHub Pages as the single supported website production path

This PR changes documentation/claim inventory only; it does not promote a capability to Stable.
