fix(screens): DqZakenSorteren card titles at 17px bold - #377

The case cards on DqZakenSorteren set their titles at 16px/600, while the card boards draw them at 17px/700 (43 card grids, DqAanMijToegewezen among them; 16/600 on 2). The board follows the majority; the board grows 29px (heights.json). screens.json is left as it was (a --only rebuild rewrites it wholesale). Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-5-5

The record card title is 16px/600 on DqZakenSorteren but 17px/700 on DqAanMijToegewezen. Counted over every card grid on the boards: 17/700 on 43, 16/700 on 10, 15/600 on 7, 16/600 on 2 (DqZakenSorteren, DcRegisters). Majority rule: DqZakenSorteren moves to 17/700. Source, flattened board, thumbnail and heights.json (+29px, the larger titles wrap); screens.json untouched because a --only rebuild rewrites it wholesale.
