Testing: Smoke test in CI #54

Open

Description

@CodingDiego

Today scripts/smoke.ps1 runs locally, and its keyboard, share and dnd checks
SKIP without an interactive foreground. Done when: it runs in CI on a runner with an interactive desktop (or
those checks are rewritten to drive the app through messages), with zero SKIPs on the release run.

Tier: blocker for 1.0. Part of section 9 (Testing and engineering) of VERSION-1-X.md.

    Hazards in scripts/smoke.ps1 to fix before it runs unattended (in CI, or on a machine someone is using). Found while smoke-testing #72:

    • commandbar: overwrites the user's clipboard and never restores it.
    • crash-recovery: filters on Name='rexplorer.exe' plus --recover in the command line, so it could kill a user's own rexplorer that was relaunched with --recover after a real crash. It should match the exe path it started.
    • keyboard-nav: sends Alt+Left about 2 s after its last foreground check, and Enter after a UIA SetValue, without checking the foreground again.
    • share: sends Esc to the share sheet, which is a window of another process.
    • pin: pins and unpins in the real Quick Access store.
    • explorer-hotkey and explorer-args: start explorer.exe and then close Explorer windows the script did not open.

    A guarded local copy (every send preceded by a check that our PID's window is in front, and an -Exe parameter) passed against v0.1.3 and #72. It could be the starting point.
