A force-graph npm version bump alone leaves the shipped, locally patched dashboard bundle at a different version. The automated 1.51.5 bump failed the existing vendor provenance tests and did not update served runtime code. Upstream 1.51.4 to 1.51.5 changes only an example, development tooling, package metadata and yarn lock; no graph runtime source change is present.
Keep the reviewed 1.51.4 npm pins, all three shipped bundle hashes, CSP patches and license inventories consistent. Route ordinary force-graph version upgrades through a documented complete vendor update instead of generating metadata-only PRs. The Dependabot ignore rules apply only to routine semantic version updates; security updates remain enabled. Other npm dependencies and all existing integrity tests remain unchanged.
Validation: 44 existing vendor integrity, packaging and CSP asset tests passed; Ruff and diff checks passed; all three reviewed bundle digests and original npm metadata were verified; independent review found no blockers. New exact-head CI is required before merge.
