Repeat with a repeat sign in both endings plays the first ending twice #2885

Current Behavior

A repeat whose 1st ending and 2nd ending both end with a repeat sign (\rc 2) plays in this order (read from api.tickCache.masterBars):

1 2 1 1 2 1 3 4

That is four passes: the first ending is played twice, and the second ending only on the fourth pass. Official Guitar Pro transcriptions use this layout often, so the cursor drifts from that point on.

Expected Behavior

1 2 1 3 4 - first ending, repeat, second ending, continue.

Guitar Pro 8 plays the same score (attached as repro-3.gp) this way: its MIDI export contains 5 bars.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Load this alphaTex:

2. After MIDI generation, print the playback order:

   api.tickCache.masterBars.map(m => m.masterBar.index + 1).join(' ')

3. Observe 1 2 1 1 2 1 3 4.
