• #307 2852e02 Thanks @razorfever! - c-date-picker and c-time-picker now ring the panel's focused day or row after
  Alt+↓ and the arrow keys, also when the field was clicked first and in Firefox,
  where no ring showed. A selected day rings in its own ink, inside the fill,
  instead of a primary ring lost against it.

• #307 ea71a5e Thanks @razorfever! - c-time-picker: a pick in an empty field on the hour now rests the filled-in
  minute (00) at the top of its column, as it does at any other minute; the
  column used to keep wherever it had been scrolled.
