The activity drawer now follows its message while open: thinking streams in with a caret, a running bash shows its output so far, and a tool's result lands without reopening. It opens at 60% of the screen (960 wide on desktop) with a header and close button instead of shrinking to its content, and a live thought's last lines stream under its label. Labels get body-sized text, a larger icon and row height, but keep the muted colour and no weight so they stay quieter than the reply.
